SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note shipping rates can differ from the below pricing depending on whether your item is in stock in our NZ or UK warehouse. If you are based in NZ or Australia and the item you are after is only stocked in our UK warehouse, you will be charged a higher shipping fee. If you are based in the UK and the item you are after is only in NZ, you will be charged a higher shipping fee. If your order is being fulfilled from both warehouses due to stock availability, then you will be charged two shipping fees (one from NZ and one from the UK) (unless you meet any free shipping thresholds). The shipping rate you will be charged will show at checkout, combining the two rates.
Processing can take 1 to 2 business days, and then one of our delivery partners will get the item to you. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us.
