SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing can take 1 to 2 business days, and then one of our delivery partners will get the item to you. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us.

 

Please note that we have both a New Zealand and UK warehouse. If you are based in NZ or Australia and the item you are after is only stocked in our UK warehouse, you will be charged a higher shipping fee than stated below. If you are based in the UK and the item you are after is only in NZ, you will be charged a higher shipping fee than stated below. If your order is being fulfilled from both warehouses due to stock availability, then you will be charged two shipping fees (one from NZ and one from the UK). The shipping rate you will be charged will show at checkout, combining the two rates.
